60 minutes of sub-anesthetic N₂O, synchronized light, sound, and electromagnetic therapy. Your RN monitors from outside. You can remove the mask at any time.

Everything you need to know
Nitrous oxide has been used safely in medicine for over 150 years — primarily in dentistry and procedural sedation. At sub-anesthetic concentrations (25–50%), it is well-tolerated with mild, transient side effects including temporary light-headedness or mild nausea that resolve within minutes. Every session includes mandatory B12 screening, continuous pulse oximetry, and RN monitoring. Our protocol is reviewed and approved by a board-certified physician.
Both work on NMDA receptors — the neuroplasticity pathway. But nitrous oxide is not a DEA-scheduled substance, requires no IV access, and is fully reversible within minutes of stopping. You can drive home 2 hours after your session. Ketamine clinics typically require an escort, prohibit driving for 24 hours, and operate under controlled-substance regulations. NooBreath is a wellness clinic — not a drug treatment center.
No referral is needed. You begin with a 20-minute telemedicine consultation with Dr. Artamonov, who reviews your health history and issues the standing order required for your sessions. This is included at no additional charge for all clients.
NooBreath™ is a cash-pay wellness clinic. We do not bill insurance and we do not accept insurance payment. This allows us to keep our focus entirely on your experience rather than reimbursement coding. Many clients use HSA/FSA accounts. We provide a detailed receipt for your records upon request.
NeuralReset™ is not appropriate for everyone. Absolute contraindications include pregnancy, current vitamin B12 deficiency (we screen for this), recent bowel or middle-ear surgery, bleomycin chemotherapy, and significant respiratory compromise. Dr. Artamonov reviews all health history during your intake consultation. Your safety is our first priority.
Most clients see meaningful benefit from a 3-session series over 3–4 weeks. Some experience significant relief after the first session. For chronic, complex presentations, a 6-session protocol is recommended. We assess outcomes at each session using validated instruments (PHQ-9, PCL-5) and adjust accordingly. There is no minimum purchase requirement.
